Okay stay, some issues

small room faulty door
The room size was smaller than i expected (i hoped it would be bigger). The door also had some issues. It didn't fully close, and the lower half had a small gap. This let in some noise and light, not ideal at night. I think some maintenance on the doors is necessary and also some additional room sizes for more space.

fantastic central stay

amazing location helpful staff variety of choices
I found the location amazing. it was a short walk to all the tourist sites (i timed it, roughly 5-10 minutes to most attractions). the staff was super helpful. They provided great recommendations. i also appreciated the nice breakfast, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes.
the air conditioning was set building-wide. even in milder weather, the heating made the room too warm (i had to open the windows). this led to some noise from outside and a few flies getting in.

the hotel provided convenient access to nearby transportation. i noted that the metro station was only 50 meters away, while the tram stop was about 200 meters away. it made getting around the city very easy.

helpful staff necessary amenities dented door small blankets
the location is very central. it is walkable to many parts of the historic center. the hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. the room had ALL the necessary amenities. it was also modern and neat.
the DOOR don't fully close. it was dented and the lower half was open. blankets are REALLY small.

the breakfast was acceptable with a good variety of options.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled, setting it to heating during mild weather. it made the room uncomfortably hot, and i opened the windows. this unfortunately allowed noise inside.
